Before the auction:

How do I log in?

Simply click on Login’ or on Register’ if you are not yet registered. Then you can activate yourself via the confirmation link sent by email and off you go.
If you already have an account, click on Login” above or register here.

Can I bid without being logged in?

Who will find out my real name when bidding?

Data protection is important to us. That is why nobody sees your data or your name when bidding. Only we as the organizer know the real names of the bids in order to be able to contact you when the bid is accepted. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.

How can I find out about the health of the horse?

All horses were examined clinically and radiographically by a specialist veterinarians. The veterinary examination reports are available and can be obtained directly from Dr. Steinmann, Pferdeklinik Mühlen, Phone: +49 5492 1394 or at the Hof Kasselmann Office Tel. +49 5401 89200 or by email to auction@​psi-​sporthorses.​de.

Can I try the horses?
Yes, all horses can be viewed tried out by arrangement with us. Please contact the Kasselmann office or our sales team to arrange this. 

The auction

Can I place a maximum bid without this being immediately apparent?
No, the entered bid is immediately visible and real, the next bidder must then enter a higher bid again.

When does the auction end?
The auction candidates, starting with catalog number 1, will expire on Saturday, May 23, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. (CET). The catalog number 2 at 3:05 p.m. and so on.

When the time is almost up, when a bidder makes a bid shortly before the end and I don’t have enough time for another bid, how is it?
The end of the auction of a respective horse is automatically extended by a further 5 minutes after the last bid, which means: I have entered a bit on catalog no. 1 at 2.59 p.m., which would automatically expire at 3 p.m. Now the auction end of catalog no. 1 at 5 minutes to 3:04 pm, etc. The auction end of catalog no. 2 at 3:10 p.m. does not change. 

When will I know if I am the highest bidder of the auction?
Immediately after the auction of the respective horse you will be notified by email to the email address known to us.

After the auction:

How do I pay for the horse?
Hof Kasselmann will contact you on Monday after the auction for the purpose of invoicing and payment. The bidder will then receive the invoice stating the price with a commission fee (6%) and sales tax.

What happens to the horse after the auction and who bears the risk?
The purchased horse must be picked up by the purchaser after purchase at the site, step by step, against payment of the purchase price or against advance payment. At the end of the auction or the auction of the horse, the risk of accidental deterioration or loss of the horse passes from the seller to the buyer.

When and where will the horses be handed over?
The handover takes place in Hagen a.T.W. after payment of the purchase price.
