How do I log in?
New users can click on ‘Register’. You will receive a confirmation link via email with instructions on how activate your account. If you already have an account, please click on ‘Sign in’ in the top right corner.
Can I bid without being logged in?
No, this is not possible. You must be registered and have an activated profile to participate in the auction.
Who will find out my real name when bidding?
Data protection is important to us. That is why no one sees your data or your name during the bidding process. Only we as the organisers know the real names of the bidders in order to be able to contact you when a bid is accepted. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.
How can I find out about the health of the horse?
All horses are vet-checked and x‑rayed by specialist veterinarians. The veterinary examination reports are available and can be obtained directly from Dr. Steinmann, Pferdeklinik Mühlen, Phone: +49 5492 1394 or from the Hof Kasselmann office via phone. +49 5401 89200 or by email to email@example.com.
Can I try the horses?
Yes, all horses can be viewed and tried out under saddle after prior arrangement with us. Please contact the Hof Kasselmann office or our sales team to arrange a time, phone +49 5401 89200 or email auction@psi- sporthorses.de.
Can I place a maximum bid without this being immediately apparent?
No, the entered bid is immediately visible and valid, the next bidder must then enter a higher bid.

When does the auction end?
The auction of the horses starts Thursday 13 May 2021 at 7:00 am (CET) and concludes Saturday, 15 May at 3:00 pm (CET).
When will I know if I am the highest bidder of the auction?
Immediately after the auction of the respective horse you will be notified by email to the email address known to us.
After the auction:
How do I pay for the horse?
Hof Kasselmann will contact you the next working day after the auction for the purpose of invoicing and payment. Buyers will receive the invoice stating the price with a commission fee (6%) and sales tax.
What happens to the horse after the auction and who bears the risk?
After the sale the horse must be picked up by the buyer from the nominated site, either against concurrent payment of the purchase price or advance payment. At the end of the auction, or the sale of the horse, the risk of accidental deterioration or loss of the horse passes from the seller to the buyer.
When and where will the horses be handed over?
The handover takes place in Hagen a.T.W. after payment of the purchase price.
